Torch Man’s attacks remind me of a certain Maverick from Mega Man X4. Mega Man 11 continues to foreshadow the Mega Man X series. First, we have Mega Man charging special weapons for the first time in the Classic Series. We now have a robot master with similar abilities and fighting style to Magma Dragoon from Mega Man X4. Torch Man’s design could be the predecessor of Magma Dragoon. There is no doubt behind the inspiration of Torch Man.
