He is a decent card due to the first part of its effects and his power level. Majin Vegeta, The Malevolent’s Power is a physical attack and it inflicts +7 power stages of damage against all enemies. It has additional effects against rogue personalities.

The additional effects from this Power is only useful against a few personalities. The game has only a few rogue personalities and a few of these personalities are villains. Majin Vegeta, The Malevolent may gain this additional effect against Android 16, Android 18, and Piccolo. The attack from this power becomes a Focused attack against a rogue villain.

8. Goku The All Powerful

The effect of this card is not a great effect. being prevents one life point of damage from all attacks against Heroes. It may be useful against a attack that deals one point of damage. However, it is an ineffective card against combat cards that deal multiple life points of damage. Cards with endurance have better defense and more value for a deck than this card.

  1. Most of them being MP cards of the most popular characters is unsurprising. SS3 Goku was always the priciest 6 star card. Champions Drill probably shouldn’t have been printed. Chiaotzu’s physical defense is the big weirdo. Bad card, not a popular character. Iirc, all four Saiyan Saga 6 Star were bad cards.
