Unit of The Week: Tear Knight, Erianthe

[ACT](RC)1/Turn:If you have a vanguard with “Flagburg” in its card name, COST [Counter Blast (1), discard a card from hand], choose a grade 3 or less card from your drop, call it to (RC), and it gets [Power]+5000 until end of turn.

Tear Knight, Erianthe is an aquaroid from Stoicheia. She is a supportive unit for Flagburg, and she join the new age of Tear Knights in battle. She only has a single ability. This grade one unit can superior call units to the field, and they join the cardfight alongside Flagburg.

D-Standard Format:

Tear Knight, Erianthe is a card for the main deck in the D-Standard Format. She provides support for Flagburg and her ability may activate its effect as soon as your third turn. She is does not fit in the ride deck and the archetype has a better option for the ride deck.

Furthermore, Tear Knight, Erianthe has standard stats for a unit from Stoicheia. She has 8,000 power and 5,000 shield. You may increase her stats with effects of other units and triggers.

Ability:

Tear Knight, Erianthe superior calls a grade three or less unit from the drop zone when you have a unit with Flagburg in its name. You may activate this ability once per turn. This ability provides a rear-guard to fill your board. You want many units for Flagburg because this deck relies on multiple attacks.

Furthermore, you will gain access to this ability during your third turn. You will have a vanguard with Flagship Dragon, Flagburg Dragon in its name. Tear Knight, Erianthe can start her combos and create a strong field for Flagship Dragon, Flagburg Dragon.

In addition, Stoicheia has many options for this ability to superior call to the field. You may decide to superior call a card such as Tear Knight, Aricks for offense. You also have the option for additional resources from a card such as Wave Crest Brave Shooter.

For example, Tear Knight, Erianthe has amazing synergy with Wave Crest Brave Shooter. These cards are a strong duo with abilities to provide resources. Wave Crest Brave Shooter may add Ascendance Assault or a card with Flagburg in its name from the top seven cards of the deck when you place him on the field. You may add a copy of  Flagship Dragon, Flagburg Dragon in your hand for a Persona Ride on your deck turn.

Support:

Tear Knight, Erianthe is mainly a support unit in the back row. Her purpose is superior calling units and boosting units in the front row. She can create strong columns with units with the ability to increase their power.

Premium Format:

Tear Knight, Erianthe is only a playable card in decks with Flagburg. Her only ability requires a vanguard with this name. You can place her in other decks, but she will not be able to activate her ability.

Tear Knight, Erianthe is a legal card in decks with clans from Magallanica and Zoo. G-Units from Aqua Force are the best G-Units with this unit. All support from Flagburg fit the style of multiple attacks like Aqua Force.

For example, Blue Furious Charge Dragon, Furiargus Dragon is a good G-Unit alongside Tear Knight, Erianthe. Blue Furious Charge Dragon, Furiargus Dragon may stand this grade one unit and add 10,000 power to her. This G-Unit also creates an Imaginary Gift: Accel and may move this grade one unit on the additional circle in the front row.

Card Rating:

Overall, Tear Knight, Erianthe is a decent grade one unit in the D-Standard Format. She provides a necessary unit for your strategy when you need it. Her ability to superior call a unit from the drop helps the fill the board. You will have plenty of units alongside Flagburg. Therefore, I recommend playing two to four copies of Tear Knight, Erianthe in your deck.
