You can only use this effect of “Red-Eyes Soul” once per turn. (Quick Effect): You can target 1 “Red-Eyes Black Dragon” you control; inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster’s original ATK. You can only use this effect of “Red-Eyes Soul” once per Duel.

Overall, Red-Eyes Soul is a nice addition to Red-Eyes. This effect monster brings consistency to the deck. The change in this card’s name allows it to be fusion material for certain cards. It also interacts with your support for Red-Eyes Black Dragon. I recommend playing two to three copies of Red-Eyes Soul in your deck.
