Thermometry Angel is a medical angle from Angel Feather. I like her amazing artwork. She is a stunning character with the background to compliment her art. Thermometry Angel has two skills to increase her power! Her skills trigger when cards are placed in both players’ damage zones.
Standard Format
Thermometry Angel gains 5,000 when a card is placed in your damage zone. This ability is very easy to fulfill and it compliments Angel Feather’s strategy to manipulate the damage zone. You may fulfill the conditions by using effect. Then, she becomes an attacker with 14,000 power. Thermometry Angel can deal damage to your opponent’s vanguard without a boost.
Thermometry Angel’s second skill adds 5,000 power to her when a card is placed in your opponent’s damage zone. You may activate this skill by dealing damage to your opponent or using an effect to place a card in your opponent’s damage zone. The strategy depends on your deck and vanguard. Thermometry Angel needs to be your third attacker if you want to trigger this skill by damaging your opponent. It is easier to use an ability to trigger this effect.
Synergy
Furthermore, Cosmo Healer, Ergodiel is a great vanguard to play alongside Thermometry Angel. Their skills compliment each other. She has the potential to raise her power to 19,000 with both abilities, and that is her effects’ limits. Cosmo Healer, Ergodiel’s ability can trigger both skills of Thermometry Angel. Then, she becomes an attacker with 19,000. She can hit your opponent’s vanguard.

Better Options
However, players have better options to play in their Angel Feather decks. Some cards surpass Thermometry Angel’s potential power of 19,000. For example, Hygienist Angel gains 5,000 power for each card in your damage zone at all times. Hygienist Angel is also a common card. She is a cheaper card with a better ability. Hygienist Angel’s power becomes 27,000 when you have four cards in your damage zone!
Premium Format
Thermometry Angel is not a great card for premium decks. Many cards from the original era of Cardfight!! Vanguard outclass her. I recommend playing Nurse of Broken Heart because her ability quickly stacks power, and reaches higher levels of power with the right combinations. Another useful card is the original Million Ray Pegasus. This cute horse gains 2,000 power when you place a card in your damage zone.

Card Rating
Overall, Thermometry Angel is a mediocre card. Thermometry Angel does not have any value in both formats. Her skills are not bad abilities, but many cards outclass her. Angel Feather has better options to play, and those cards have superior skills. I really want to like this card because I like its art. Unfortunately, she fails to live up to expectations. I recommend playing better cards than her in your Angel Feather decks.
