Most G-Units that are single rares are not very good cards. They are filler for booster sets. I rarely see players play them. I finally found a single rare G-Unit that is worthy of being recognized as a good card. Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Accend Grave Dragon is the first useful G-Unit to be a single rare from a booster set. I pulled one copy of it. A lot of Kagero decks can benefit from his skills.

Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Accend Grave Dragon’s skill becomes active when Blaze is online. His skill allows a player to draw a card, and he retires an opponent’s rear-guard. His skill is far more effective than Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Vortex Desire’s skill. Accend Grave Dragon’s skill automatically retires an opponent’s rear-guard while Vortex Desire’s skill requires his attack to hit a vanguard to retire an opponent’s rear-guard.

Blademaster is the most oblivious deck for Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Accend Grave Dragon. Blademaster’s archetype has the Blaze ability, and Accend Grave Dragon also has the Blaze ability. They are a natural pair. Dragon Knight, Shakur can start the retirement plans for your opponent’s cards. His skill retires a rear-guard if you have less rear-guards than your opponent. This skill is made to prepare Blaze. Fire Chase Dragon seals to the deal by retiring an opponent’s unit after Shakur retires a unit.

Dragonic Overlord can also use the services of Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Accend Grave Dragon. Every Kagero deck easily fulfills Blaze’s requirements. I play Accend Grave Dragon in my Overlord deck because of the key advantages. I want the extra card to draw during my battle phase and to retire an opponent’s useful rear-guard. He quickly enables Generation Break 2 for Transcendence Divine Dragon, Nouvelle Vague L’Express on your next turn.

Overall, Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Accend Grave Dragon is one of the best G-units that is a single rare. Most single rare G-Units are below average because their skills do not give an advantage to their players. You may play this card in every Kagero deck. He burns opponents’ resources and gives a card to you as a reward. If you are on a budget, then consider playing Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Accend Grave Dragon.
