If you do, choose a rear-guard from your opponent’s front row and back row, and lock them. Then, if the number of cards in your damage zone is four or more, the cards locked by this effect cannot be unlocked during your opponent’s next end phase.

Death Star-vader, Quintessence Dragon is a G-Unit with an ability to support Link Joker and Star-vader, Infinite Zero Dragon. This particular Star-vader requires a heart with Infinite in its name. In addition, this G-Unit also locks the opponent’s cards, and he has the infamous power of omega-lock.

Lore:

Death Star-vader, Quintessence Dragon is the form of Star-vader, Infinite Zero Dragon from an alternate timeline. His impressive power surpasses Chaos Breaker Dragon! Then, He becomes the commander of the Star-vaders’ main force. He conquers plants with his mighty force.

Ability: Part 1

Death Star-vader, Quintessence Dragon locks one of the opponent’s rear-guards in the front row and back. This ability is Link Joker’s signature strategy. Death Star-vader, Quintessence Dragon disrupts the opponent’s strategy. The opponent loses access to units, and you gain an advantage.

Furthermore, the best strategy is locking one rear-guard in the front row and locking a rear-guard from a different column in the back row. This strategy weakens the opponent’s offense. He or she loses a booster for the vanguard or a rear-guard.

Ability: Part 2

In addition, this ability omega locks the opponent’s rear-guards if your damage zone has four or more cards. Therefore, the opponent loses access to these cards for two turns. This part of the ability allows you to repeat the ability on the your next turn, and the opponent would have four locked cards.

Therefore, you have a strong defense from this ability. Death Star-vader, Quintessence Dragon limits the opponent’s ability to generate offense because one column’s rear-guard in the front row is locked. You will be able to focus your defense against a few attacks from the opponent.
