When a card or effect is activated that targets this face-up card: You can send 1 Effect Monster you control to the GY, and if you do, add up to 2 “Blue-Eyes” monsters with different names from your Deck to your hand. If this card is in your GY: You can target 1 “Blue-Eyes” monster you control; shuffle it into the Deck, and if you do, Special Summon this card. You can only use 1 “Priestess with Eyes of Blue” effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Priestess with Eyes of Blue is a tuner monster for Blue-Eyes. It has useful effects for your strategy. It is an effective method for playing a tuner, and your previous monsters returns to the deck instead of your graveyard.

This effect supports Priestess with Eyes of Blue because she is a tuner monster. You may use her as material for a Synchro summon. She is a level one tuner and you can easily Synchro summon powerful cards from your extra deck.

Overall, Priestess with Eyes of Blue is a complementary piece for Blue-Eyes. I recommend playing two to three copies of this card in your deck. Her effects and being tuner provide a lot of value for the archetype. She adds consistency because she adds your monsters with Blue-Eyes from the deck to your hand. You have the key cards for the deck. She also easily creates Synchro Summons.
