First Effect:
Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman can only be fusion summoned. You cannot special summon it with other methods. This restriction requires you to protect this monster. The effect creates balance because this monster has strong effects.
Therefore, you cannot play a card such as Monster Reborn to special summon Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman from the graveyard. Your only option is playing a new copy from your extra deck. The graveyard seals this monster’s fate for the remainder of the duel.
Second Effect:
Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman destroys opponent’s cards up to the number of different attributes on the field! This effect controls the field.
