V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1 features new cards for many clans. The booster set also contains reprints of useful units for new decks. In addition, all cards from V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1 are legal in the V-Standard Format and Premium Format.

Aqua Force:
Blue Wave attempts a big splash in V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1. Players of Aqua Force have new units for their decks with Blue Wave. Most of Aqua Force’s new units for the V-Standard Format are aggressive cards.
Blue Wave Dragon, Tetra-drive Dragon is a strong vanguard with the ability to attack three times in a turn. You can create powerful formations with the potential of six or more battles in a single turn. Blue Wave Dragon, Tetra-drive Dragon puts a lot of pressure on the opponent.
Bermuda Triangle:
Bushiroad introduces a new and unique strategy for Bermuda Triangle in V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1. The clan’s new vanguard is Single Quiet, Refiarade. Her name is a reflection of her abilities. She is a quiet vanguard, and her abilities allow all of her comrades to battle.
Furthermore, the strategy involves a vanguard without the ability to battle. Single Quiet, Refiarade has a unique drive check without a battle. She allows all of your grade one and grade two rear-guards with force makers in the back row to attack. Therefore, all of your offense comes from your five rear-guards because your vanguard does not attack the opponent.
Dimension Police:
Force makers are the keys to Dimension Police’s victory. V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1 introduces new Dimensional Robos for the V-Standard Format. Super Dimensional Robo, Daikaiser and Dimensional Robo, Kaizard get new versions with amazing abilities.
Dimension Police gains the ability to create force makers. Dimensional Robo, Kaizard creates force markers, and your vanguard is able to activate abilities that require an amount of power. You can play this card in many decks and this card is a great addition to V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1.
Genesis:
Genesis has a new strategy for the V-Standard Format. The clan’s new cards manipulate the deck in your favor. You gain advantages from drive checks, damage checks, and simple draws.
The new version of Goddess of Good Luck, Fortuna manipulates the top cards of the deck. The card requires experience and skill. She creates an Imaginary Gift:Force when your damage check reveals a trigger unit. You create a marker during the opponent’s turn.
Kagero:
Seal Dragons is an archetype from the early years of Cardfight!! Vanguard. Bushiroad brings back the archetype in V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1. Kagero’s strategy is controlling the field by retiring the opponent’s rear-guards. Seal Dragons have a unique twist for this strategy. They specifically retire the opponent’s grade 2 units, and they gain bonuses if the opponent does not have a grade 2 unit.
Seal Dragon, Blockade is the boss of the deck for the V-Standard Format. This unit has amazing abilities for a strong offense. Seal Dragon, Blockade retires the opponent’s grade 2 rear-guards and increases it original critical to two. Furthermore, an opponent cannot avoid Seal Dragon, Blockade’s stellar offense. This unit creates an Imaginary Gift: Force if the opponent does not have any grade 2 rear-guards to retire.
Megacolony:
Megacolony brings back its classic strategy of stunning the opponent’s rear-guards. This ability is the classic tactic for the clan. An opponent cannot stand his or her rear-guards during the next stand phase. Therefore, the tactic is a strong defense. The opponent’s rear-guards cannot attack you.
Evil Armor General, Giraffa is the clan’s boss for the clan. This unit forces the opponent to superior call units at rest, and those units cannot stand during the next stand phase. Evil Armor General, Giraffa weakens the opponent’s hand for defense and prevents offense from those units.
In addition, the new version of Elite Mutant, Giraffa complements the clan’s strategy. He prevents the opponent from using his or her rear-guards to intercept attacks. An opponent cannot open a circle by intercepting an attack with a grade 2 unit.
Murakumo:
Bushiroad introduces a new unit, Stealth Fiend Chief, Nura Hyouga for Murakumo. The clan receives a unique strategy of offense and many attacks from the rear-guards. Stealth Fiend Chief, Nura Hyouga can have four drive checks and this card superior calls normal units of Stealth Fiends on your field for additional attacks.
On the other hand, the clan has a major weakness with Stealth Fiend Chief, Nura Hyouga. This unit’s effect mills all other units except for normal units of Stealth Fiends. You will lose a lot of cards for your hand. Therefore, you will have a weaken defense from the lost of trigger units.
Oracle Think Tank:
Manipulation of the deck is the name of Oracle Think Tank’s game. The clan continues its style in V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1. The new cards for Oracle Think Tank complement the clan’s style and they fit in many archetypes. For example, Miko of the Round Moon, Fuyou allows you to draw a card and you can place a normal unit on top of the deck or in the soul.
One of the most interesting cards from this set is Royal Miko of the Moon Bow, Tsukumiori. This card is a grade 3 with the abilities of a critical trigger. Royal Miko of the Moon Bow, Tsukumiori adds 10,000 power and a critical to your vanguard. Royal Miko of the Moon Bow, Tsukumiori is an amazing card for all archetypes for Oracle Think Tank.
Pale Moon:
Pale Moon receives the best support in bregiong. The clan’s signature card in this booster set is Bunny’s Beast Tamer, Tilaipse. This vanguard creates a second vanguard circle. You will have two vanguards with drive checks. You also gain the abilities of the unit on your second vanguard circle.
Furthermore, Bunny’s Beast Tamer, Tilaipse is an amazing card for the V-Standard Format and Premium Format. You can create amazing combos with Pale Moon’s large library of cards. You can create unique decks and strategies.
Royal Paladin:
Seekers finally return to Cardfight!! Vanguard. We have waited many years for the archetype to get new support. Bushiroad delivered new Seekers in V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1. Seeker, Thing Saver Dragon and Blaster Blade Seeker receive new cards for the V-Standard Format. This dynamic duo unleash a powerful offense with great ability and you have two attacks from Seeker, Thing Saver Dragon in a single turn!
Spike Brothers:
Dudleys finally make their appearance in the V-Standard Format in V Special Series 01: V CLAN COLLECTION Vol.1. One of Spike Brothers’ most popular archetypes receives new versions of classic units. Dudleys’ strategy is rushing the opponent with many attacks from their rear-guards and manipulating force markers by moving markers to different circles.
Demonic Lord, Dudley Emperor has new artwork and amazing abilities. This card complements the clan’s style of play. You gain many advantages on offense from Demonic Lord, Dudley Emperor. Demonic Lord, Dudley Emperor superior calls a unit from the deck. He also adds power to rear-guards and himself.
