Tenacious Maiden, Noel’s first skill is Generation Break two and allows her to attack a vanguard from the back row at the cost of discarding one card from your hand. You must have a vanguard with Ranunculus in its name to use this ability. You can have five attacks if you have all four copies of on the Tenacious Maiden, Noel field. It is only wise to pay the skill’s cost if you have a good amount of cards in your hand.

Tenacious Maiden, Noel’s second skill features Neo Nectar’s Bloom! All units in the same column gain 4,000 power when this unit blooms. The additional power makes a Noel in the back row strong enough to hit a vanguard. The other unit does not need to be Noel. Any unit in the same column gain the additional 4,000 power.
However, do not be fooled by the anime. Bloom is not as consistent as it is on television. My experience shows the ability is consistent, but it will encounter flaws in some games. Sometimes cards are placed in the damage zone or opponents will retire important cards. Not every game will be perfect and you may need to focus on other units with the Bloom ability.
Card Rating:
Overall, Tenacious Maiden, Noel is a nice card. Her ability to attack from the back raw makes her a threat. She adds more pressure on the opponent. This ability is only useful if you are able to perform multiple blooms in a single turn. She can be inconsistent if you are unable to call more than two in a single turn. Tenacious Maiden, Noel will bloom your vanguard to victory!
