He was originally a Legion card. Bushiroad recreated Bluish Flame Liberator, Percival for the standard format. His abilities support his friend, Oath Liberator, Aglovale.

First Ability:

Bluish Flame Liberator, Percival adds 5,000 power to each unit on an additional rear-guard circle. This ability strengthens units on Accel circles. The ability enables multiple strategies. You can play an aggressive style by using Accel 1 to increase these units’ power by 15,000. On the other hand, you can play Accel 2 to draw a card and give 10,000 power with this ability and Accel circle.

Second Ability:

The best value from Bluish Flame Liberator, Percival is his second ability. He creates an Imaginary Gift:Accel and superior calls  Oath Liberator, Aglovale from your deck or drop zone. The cost of this ability is one counter blast and discarding one card. However, you can minimize the cost by choosing an Imaginary Gift:Accel 2 to draw a card.

With this ability, you gain a rear-guard from Oath Liberator, Aglovale after you place him. Oath Liberator, Aglovale superior calls a card from the top three cards of your deck. Your formation of Gold Paladins become stronger with two rear-guards.

Bluish Flame Liberator, Percival has a lot of value in the premium format. His second ability gives a major advantage to every deck with Gold Paladins. He creates an Imaginary Gift:Accel and superior calls Oath Liberator, Aglovale.

Furthermore, you gain more value from his ability to create Imaginary Gift:Accel because you may draw a card if you choose Imaginary Gift:Accel 2. You can unleash many attacks if you play Stand Triggers and Zeroth Dragon of Zenith Peak, Ultima. With the ability of Zeroth Dragon of Zenith Peak, Ultima, a Stand Trigger can be placed on top of the deck. Then, your rear-guards can attack twice in a turn after activating the Stand Trigger.

Bluish Flame Liberator, Percival has synergy with Shining True Liberator, Solemn Glitter. You may use the ability of Shining True Liberator, Solemn Glitter to superior call a Gold Paladin to the field. This is a useful ability for building a strong offense.

Bluish Flame Liberator, Percival provides an advantage in many decks with Gold Paladins, and he is a fantastic card to play in those decks.
