First Effect: Ritual Summon

However, you are unable to special summon Blue-Eyes Chaos Max Dragon with other methods. Cards such as Monster Reborn and Return of the Dragon Lords are unable to special summon this monster. You will need another copy of the card and Chaos Form to play it again if the first copy is sent to the graveyard.
Second Effect:
