You gain a nice advantage from this effect. Magician of Chaos controls the field with the rule of his third effect. Magician of Chaos punishes an opponent for activating a Spell or Trap.
Furthermore, you may also activate this effect. You may play a Spell or Trap during either player’s turn. Then, Magician of Chaos will destroy one of the opponent’s cards.
Fourth Effect:
Magician of Chaos special summons a Ritual Monster with “Chaos” or “Black Luster Solider” in its name after he is destroyed. This effect also ignores the Ritual Monster’s summoning condition.
