During your Main Phase: You can destroy all monsters your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to this card’s, also this card gains 200 ATK for each monster destroyed this way, also you cannot declare an attack for the rest of this turn, except with “HERO” monsters. You can only use this effect of “Evil HERO Malicious Bane” once per turn.

Heroes have some of the best fusion monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh!. One of these cards is the powerful Evil HERO Malicious Bane. This fusion monster truly lives up to his name. Opponents will think his effects to be malicious. This powerful card has protection for himself and can destroy the opponent’s monsters with his best effect.

First Effect:

You may only special summon Evil HERO Malicious Bane with Dark Fusion. This fusion summon also requires one Evil HERO and one level 5 or higher monster. The requirement of Dark Fusion is a common theme for Evil Heroes. It is a simple condition to meet due to you use Dark Fusion instead of Polymerization.

In addition, Dark Fusion provides a layer of protection. Dark Fusion does not allow your opponent to target Evil HERO Malicious Bane until the end of the turn. An opponent cannot try to target this monster with the intention to banish it for one turn.

Furthermore, Evil HERO has many useful monsters for fusion materials. You want these cards in the graveyard for their effects. For instance, Evil HERO Sinister Necrom is a level 5 monster and is a great option for material due to his effect. Evil HERO Sinister Necrom monster may special summon an Evil HERO from your deck or hand when you banish this monster from the graveyard.

Second Effect:

Evil HERO Malicious Bane is a difficult monster to destroy because opponents cannot destroy this fusion monster by battle or a card’s effect. This layer of protection causes problems for the opponent. You have  a fusion monster with a high ATK and the ability to destroy all of the opponent’s monsters. You can maintain these advantages against many decks.

However, Evil HERO Malicious Bane is not an unstoppable force. Opponents have a few options to remove this card from the field. An opponent needs to either banish it or negate this fusion monster’s effect.

An opponent’s first option to remove this card from this field is banishing it. A few archetypes can easily banish this monster. Black Luster Soldier – Envoy of The Beginning and Spellbook of Fate may banish Evil HERO Malicious Bane.

An opponent’s second option to destroy this card is negating this effect. You need to play a card with the effect to negate effects. For instance, Skill Drain negates this continuous effect and allows you to destroy this monster in battle or a card’s effect.

Third Effect:

The third effect of fusion monster makes it to be a powerful card. Evil HERO Malicious Bane destroys all of the opponent monsters with ATK less than or equal to this card. The opponent loses all of his or her monsters in most scenarios with the exception if the opponent has a monster with a higher ATK than this fusion monster.

This effect turns the tide of the duel in your favor. Evil HERO Malicious Bane may lead his player to a quick victory. You are in a great position to win the game if you have multiple Heroes on the field. You have a great opportunity to win the game.

In addition, Evil HERO Malicious Bane gains 200 ATK for each monster destroyed by this effect. This addition is a bonus with a cherry on top. Evil HERO Malicious Bane is already a strong monster, and he increases his ATK. You may increase Evil HERO Malicious Bane’s ATK with Elemental HERO Honest Neos. This dynamic duo of heroes create a stellar offense. Elemental HERO Honest Neos adds 2,500 ATK to one of your heroes. This increase in ATK increases Evil HERO Malicious Bane’s ATK to 5,500 for the turn. You can deliver major damage to an opponent.

Overall, Evil HERO Malicious Bane is one of the best HERO fusion monsters. This card completely dominates the game with his effects. Opponents will have trouble with this fusion monster because they cannot easily remove it from the field. This fusion monster has a strong ATK and can easily destroy all of the opposing monsters. I recommend playing three copies of Evil HERO Malicious Bane in your extra deck.
