This card’s name becomes “Lord of D.” while on the field. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can discard 1 Spell/Trap; add 1 “The Flute of Summoning Dragon”, “The Melody of Awakening Dragon”, or “Dragon Revival Rhapsody” from your Deck to your hand.

The King of D. is a new version of Lord of D.  This spellcaster’s effects support dragons. The King of D. has fantastic artwork of him with a guitar with the heads of Blue-Eyes White Dragon. The artwork reflects this monster’s two effects.

First Effect:

The name of The King of D. becomes Lord of D. when he is on the field. This effect adds a lot of importance to this monster. He has the proper name for cards such as The Flute of Summoning Dragon.

Furthermore, this effect replaces Lord of D. with The King of D. for decks. The King of D. offers more consistency than Lord of D. The second effect is a great ability for all decks with dragons. You have a monster with the ability to add cards to your hand, and this monster gets the same results.

Second Effect:

The King of D. sets you for success with a strong ability. The second effect of The King of D. adds Dragon Revival Rhapsody, The Flute of Summoning Dragon, or The Melody of Awakening Dragon from the deck to your hand. These three cards are effective spells for dragons. They give resources in the form of monsters for you, and you have instant access to your deck’s best monsters.
