She requires exclusive support from Genesis. This unit is the first form of Minerva. She serves as the base for Ultimate Regalia of Almighty, Minerva (D Series).

D-Standard Format:

Omniscience Regalia, Minerva (D Series) is the vanguard for the Genesis’s deck of Regalia. She has mechanic of persona ride. One of her copies belong in the ride deck and her other three copies belong in the main deck.

Furthermore, Omniscience Regalia, Minerva (D Series) requires a deck with units only from Genesis. She also requires units with Regalia in their names. A pure deck of Genesis ensures consistency for her abilities.

First Ability:
