Cookie can gain additional power when boosted by Battle Sister, Cream to form the Cookies and Cream combo! Cookie will receive 11,000 power when boosted by Cream. This will give Cookie a total of 26,000 power as the vanguard. Her ride skill is very useful. You can draw two cards and discard an unneeded card. You can either add more defense or offense to your hand. Overall she is a well balanced card that can fit into any Oracle Think Tank build because her skills are not limited to the Battle Sisters series.
