Evil HERO Darkest Knight is a fusion monster and a member of Evil HERO. This fusion monster requires Dark Fusion like all fusion monsters from Evil HERO. This card has three effects.  His ATK of 1,600 is below average for a monster at his level. His effects compensates him for the low ATK.

First Effect:

Evil HERO Darkest Knight decreases the opponent’s monsters’ ATK equal to the original ATK of the fusion materials for the fusion monster’s fusion summon. This effect weakens the opponent’s monsters. The decrease in ATK is a permanent effect while those cards are on the field.

For instance, Evil HERO Dead-End Prison and Elemental HERO Stratos are two of the best materials for this fusion summon. The total ATK from these effect monsters is 3,500. Therefore, all of the opponent’s monsters will lose 3,500. Most monsters will have zero ATK after the activation of this effect.

Furthermore, this effect compensates Evil HERO Darkest Knight for his low attack points for a level eight monster. This fusion monster only has 1,600 ATK. You need to weaken the opponent’s monsters for Evil HERO Darkest Knight to destroy them in battle.

Second Effect:

Evil HERO Darkest Knight can attack twice during the battle phase. This fusion monster has two opportunities to inflict damage to the opponent. He also has the opportunity to destroy up to two of the opponent’s monsters.

Therefore, two direct attacks from Evil HERO Darkest Knight inflicts 3,200 damage to the opponent. The opponent loses large amount of his of her life points. This effect is a major advantage in the late game.

Third Effect:

Evil HERO Darkest Knight special summons a fiend or warrior from the graveyard when this fusion monster leaves the field due an opponent’s card. This effect regains a key resource. You can choose one of the two fusion materials for this fusion monster.

Furthermore, this effect of Evil HERO Darkest Knight has synergy with many cards. The best options are fiends or warriors with effects when you special summon. You can build an advantage and strategy. 

For instance, Elemental HERO Stratos is a great option from the graveyard. Evil HERO Darkest Knight and Elemental HERO Stratos have stellar synergy within HERO. You can gather an additional card with this duo. Evil HERO Darkest Knight may special summon Elemental HERO Stratos from the graveyard. Then, Elemental HERO Stratos may add any HERO from the deck to the hand. You gain a new monster on the field and a monster in your hand.

Fusion Summon:

Evil HERO Darkest Knight requires a friend, warrior, and Dark Fusion for his fusion summon. Evil HERO fits the requirement for the fiend. You need other monsters for the role of the warrior. You may use an Elemental HERO such as Elemental HERO Stratos for the warrior.

For example, you may use Evil HERO Dead-End Prison and Elemental HERO Stratos as fusion materials. They are a fiend and warrior. Then, you may fusion summon these effect monsters with Dark Fusion for the fusion summon of Evil HERO Darkest Knight.

Evil HERO Darkest Knight has a good amount of support from Evil HERO and HERO. The archetype of HERO can consistently fusion summon this card from the extra deck. Cards can increase the offensive potential of this card.

Supreme King’s Castle is an excellent field spell for Evil HERO Darkest Knight. This field spell complements the first effect of this fusion monster. Supreme King’s Castle sends an Evil HERO from the deck to the graveyard. Then, Evil HERO Darkest Knight gains 200 ATK for each of the monster’s level that you sent to the graveyard.

For instance, Evil HERO Darkest Knight gains 1,600 ATK when Supreme King’s Castle sends Evil HERO Malicious Bane to the graveyard. Evil HERO Malicious Bane has 8 levels. Therefore, Evil HERO Darkest Knight has a total of 3,200 ATK until the end of the turn.

Evil HERO Darkest Knight is a fusion monster for Evil HERO. He requires a smart strategy. This fusion monster can become a major problem for opponents under certain circumstances. This fusion monster attacks twice per turn and weakens the opponent’s monsters. Therefore, I recommend playing Evil HERO Darkest Knight in your deck with Evil HERO.
