First Effect:
Diviner of the Herald increases her level with her first effect. Diviner of the Herald sends one fairy from the deck or extra to the graveyard. Then, this effect monster increase its level by that monster’s level until the end of the turn.
Furthermore, this effect of Diviner of the Herald sets up a variety of summons. You can adjust her level for synchro summons and XYZ summons. She will have the proper level for your special summon.
In addition, this effect supports ritual monsters. You can increase Diviner of the Herald’s level to match the requirement of a ritual summon. You may only need this card for the tribute.
