D-Standard Format:
King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) is the grade three unit of his ride deck. He is one of the options for the vanguard in decks with Royal Paladin. The main deck should play three copies of him for persona ride during games.
Furthermore, King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) is a unit from Keter Sanctuary. His abilities mainly support Royal Paladin. He belongs in a deck with mostly units from Royal Paladin.
First Ability:
King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) gains 2,000 power for each of your rear-guards on the field. In addition, this grade three unit gains a critical if his power becomes 8,000 power. However, you cannot boost this unit. He creates power for himself.
Therefore, King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) wants a full field of units. Five rear-guards maximize this vanguard’s full potential! King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) has 23,000 power and two criticals when your field has five rear-guards.
In addition, King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) reaches 33,000 power when you activate persona ride! You need to ride a copy of this grade three unit. Then, all units in the front row gain 10,000 power, and you draw a card.
Second Ability:
King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) superior calls one grade three or less Royal Paladin from the deck. In addition, this ability reduces the cost of this rear-guard’s ability by one counter blast. This ability is a classic skill for Royal Paladin. The clan wants a full fill of units, and they superior call each other to the field.
For instance, Blaster Blade (D Series) is a great option for King of Knights, Alfred (D Series). This vanguard reduces the cost of Blaster Blade’s ability to zero, and this grade two rear-guard retires an opponent’s rear-guard when you place him on the field.. You may retire an opponent’s grade two or greater rear-guard!
In addition, the second ability of King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) sets up the field for the first ability. You want five rear-guards on the field. This vanguard gains 2,000 power from each of your rear-guards.
Third Ability:
King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) stands two of your rear-guards when he attacks the opponent. This ability enables multiple battles from the rear-guards. This ability enables a strong offense from its strategy. The rear-guards in the front row attack the opponent in the first two battles of the turn, and King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) has the third battle to trigger this ability.
Therefore, you have five battles each turn. This many battles pressure in the opponent during the battle. You can constantly attack the opposing vanguard, and the opponent must block these attacks.
Furthermore, you can distribute the power and effects from triggers to your rear-guards. The opponent may play a sentinel to block King of Knights, Alfred (D Series). Your triggers will still have an impact when you apply their power and effects to your standing rear-guards in the front row.
In addition, Spiritual King of Determination, Olbaria is the perfect over trigger for King of Knights, Alfred (D Series). Both rear-guards in the front row many gain power from this trigger. Your field will have two power units in the front row. You may gave 100,000,000 power to one rear-guard with the power from the trigger. Then, you may give 100,000,000 to your other rear-guard with the effect of Spiritual King of Determination, Olbaria.

Premium Format:
King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) from the Keter Sanctuary is a legal card for Royal Paladin in the premium format. You can use two of his abilities. He has a lot of support from Cardfight!! Vanguard G and Cardfight!! Vanguard V. He fits in decks for Alfred and Blaster.
Bushiroad did not design King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) for the premium format. He is not a perfect fit here. His second ability is an useless skill in the premium format because the premium format does not have energy. His ability requires three energy blasts.
In addition, King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) may perform Legion with King of Knights’ Vanguard, Ezzell. You may use this version of Knight of Knights, Alfred for the Legion Mate. You gain the abilities of both of these units. Both units serve as vanguards in the state of Legion.
Furthermore, Alfred has many powerful G-Units. Two of these cards are Divine Knight King, Alfred Holy Saver and Holy Divine Knight, Gancelot Peace Saver. Both of these cards provide additional drive checks per turn with different methods. King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) can be the heart for these G-Units.

Card Rating:

He provides a powerful offense for himself as the vanguard and your rear-guard. The multiple battles with the rear-guard due to his third ability constantly pressure the opponent during every turn. Therefore, I recommend building a deck with King of Knights, Alfred (D Series) in the D-Standard Format.
