This effect ignores the summoning condition for the monster. Super Soldier Ritual may special summon any ritual monster with Black Luster Soldier in its name from your hand.
Therefore, Super Soldier Ritual allows you to use it twice in a game for the special summon of a Black Luster Soldier. It has good value in your graveyard because you can activate this ritual spell card’s second effect from the graveyard. A ritual monster such as Black Luster Soldier – Legendary Swordsman is still a useful card in the hand when Super Soldier Ritual is in the graveyard.

Overall, Super Soldier Ritual is one of the best ritual spell cards in Yu-Gi-Oh!. The effects to use this card in the hand or graveyard add a lot of value of this card. You have a second chance to activate it for the special summon of a ritual monster with Black Luster Soldier in its name.. It can special summon a variety of Black of Soldiers with both of its effects. Therefore, I recommend playing three copies of Super Soldier Ritual in a deck with Black Luster Soldier.
