Therefore, you cannot special summon Elemental HERO Poison Rose with other methods. Cards such as Monster Reborn and Elemental HERO Solid Soldiers cannot special summon this card. This limitation greatly restricts the ability to play this monster.

Second Effect:
Elemental HERO Poison Rose has a preference for offense over defense. Elemental HERO Poison Rose gains 200 ATK and loses 200 DEF when she inflicts battle damage to the opponent. Her original ATK of 1,900 can rise to 2,100 and above.
Therefore, Elemental HERO Poison Rose slowly becomes a major problem for the opponent. Her increase in ATK potentially may lead to additional damage in battle. She also becomes stronger than opposing monsters on the field.
Furthermore, the decrease in defense is not a major lost. There are many cards with the effects that destroy other cards. Elemental HERO Poison Rose’s defense is not a great value. Elemental HERO Poison Rose can afford to lose defense in exchange for offense.
Third Effect:
Elemental HERO Poison Rose forces the opponent to declare attacks against her in combat. The opponent is unable to attack your other monsters when she is on the field. It complements the second effect if you are able to increase Elemental HERO Poison Rose’s ATK to a high amount.
Furthermore, this effect provides some protection to your other monsters. An opponent is unable to avoid Elemental HERO Poison Rose in battle. This is an advantage against weak monsters with ATK below 1,900.
However, this effect is not perfect and its advantage has limitations. Powerful monsters such as Blue-Eyes White Dragon can easily destroy Elemental HERO Poison Rose in battle. You would lose this effect after the opponent destroys her.

Elemental HERO Poison Rose does not fit in most decks with Elemental Heroes. Her effects do not provide strong advantages for other Elemental Heroes. You need to place her in a deck for herself, and it will be a casual deck with a weak monster.
Furthermore, you are not able to create many combos with Elemental HERO Poison Rose She lacks synergy with many cards in the archetype. Other monsters in the archetype are unable to special summon her such as Elemental HERO Solid Soldier.

All in all, Elemental HERO Poison Rose is a strange card for an Elemental HERO. Her effects do not directly benefit any group of Heroes. She is a solo act with some support from the archetype. I only recommend Elemental HERO Poison Rose for casual decks.
