Amon has loyal followers from the Dark Zone. Amon’s Follower, Psycho Grave fights alongside Amon in the battle against Link Joker. Psycho Grave will not backdown from Link Joker or his reversed leader Amon. Amon must be saved from Link Joker’s clutches and Psycho Gave will put his life on the line to save his leader.
Amon’s Follower Psycho Grave is a very good card for the late him. His skill grants him 5K power when he is called to the rear-guard circle or when he rides the vanguard circle. The skill is very cheap with the cost of one counterblast. His 14K attacks can hit Cross Rides and will give heavy pressure to any opponent when he is boosted.
In addition to Psycho Grave’s ability to gain power, he can also build the soul. His skill also includes soul charging one card. The skill can will give Amon an extra 1,000 power. More importantly the Psycho Grave can power up Doreen the Thruster. Doreen gains 3K power when a card is put in the soul during the main phase. Psycho Grave has the potential to give three Doreens 3K power each. The boost from Doreen to give Psycho Grave a total of 23K power!
Furthermore, Psycho Grave is not limited to Amon decks. Psycho Grave is one of the few archetype cards that can work with his entire clan. It is very refreshing seeing a good card being available for current and future decks. He is a fantastic rear-guard alongside Dark Lord of Abyss, King of Diptera, Beelzebub , & Psychicer of Ash, Hadar.
However, his only flaw is his skill can only be used when he is called or rides on the field. The skill would be much nicer if he had the ability to use the skill once per turn. It would be much more effective. He would be able to be a 14K attacker every turn without the need to recall him. A player must call multiple copies to be able to repeat the skill.
All in all, Amon’s Follower Psycho Grave is a very interesting unit. His late game pressure and soul charing ability are great for every Dark Irregulars deck. His versatility makes him very useful for many Dark Irregular decks. I see Pyscho Grave being a reliable unit for years to come.
