This fusion summon monster is a finisher for the archetype. It provides two battle phases under the best conditions. It also special summons a fellow Gladiator Beast.

First Effect: Fusion Summon
Gladiator Beast Claudius requires five Gladiator Beasts on the field or graveyard for contact fusion. You do not need Polymerization. Your field must have five Gladiator Beasts.
Furthermore, Gladiator Beasts can consistently fusion summon Gladiator Beast Claudius. Many monsters in the archetype special summon their members to the field. The deck consistently places these monsters in the graveyard. You can have all of the materials in one to two turns.
In addition, Gladiator Beast Claudius allows you to conduct your battle phase twice. This effect is a finisher. You have the opportunity to attack the opponent multiple times with your monsters.
