When this card is Special Summoned: You can add from your Deck to your hand, 1 “Six Samurai” monster with a different Attribute from every monster you control. If exactly 1 “Six Samurai” monster you control (and no other cards) would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead.

Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru is a warrior of the Six Samurai. This warrior has two effects. He provides exclusive support for the Six Samurai. This warrior adds consistency to the deck, and this warrior provides protection for one of your Six Samurais on the field.

First Effect:

Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru adds a Six Samurai from the deck to the hand, and this Six Samurai from the deck must have a different attribute than all of your monsters on the field. You activate this effect when you special summon this effect monster. You gather an additional card.

Furthermore, Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru adds consistency to the deck. This effect perfectly complements Six Samurai. This effect has many targets in the deck. You can choose the best Six Samurai for the current situation during a game.

For instance, Anarchist Monk of the Six Samurai is a fantastic card to add to the hand with the effect of Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru. These effect monsters are a strong duo because they enable a synchro summon. Anarchist Monk of the Six Samurai is a tuner monster and he special summons himself to the field. You may have the materials on the field for a synchro summon.

Six Samurai has many cards with the ability to special summon Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru. The archetype can easily special summon this effect monster from the hand or deck. Cards such as Gateway of the Six and  Legendary Six Samurai – Kageki can easily play this card.

For instance, Legendary Six Samurai – Kageki may special summon Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru from the hand. This strategy is a simple and effective tactic. This strategy is a common tactic for Six Samurai.

Second Effect:

Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru has value in the graveyard. Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru prevents the destruction of one Six Samurai by a card effect. This effect monster must be in the graveyard for this second effect, and you banish him for the cost. You banish this effect monster instead of your Six Samurai on the field from being destroyed.

Furthermore, Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru is an additional resource in the graveyard. You are likely to use this effect monster as material for a monster from the extra deck. This effect monster does not lose his usefulness. He is a useful card in the graveyard due to this protection.

In addition, you may pair Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru and Legendary Six Samurai – Kizan as materials for the XYZ summon of Shadow of the Six Samurai – Shien. You can quickly perform this special summon from the extra deck. Legendary Six Samurai – Kizan special summons himself to the field. Shadow of the Six Samurai – Shien requires two level four Six Samurais. 

You may also use Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru and another warrior as materials for the link summon of Battle Shogun of the Six Samurai. This is a an easy link summon. Six Samurai consistently provide materials on the field. You may use Secret Six Samurai – Kizaru, Legendary Six Samurai – Kageki as the materials for the link summon of Battle Shogun of the Six Samurai.
