First Effect:
Exosister Martha special summons herself from your hand when you do not control any monsters or you only control XYZ monsters. In addition, this effect special summons Exosister Elis from the deck. This effect has a lot of value. You special summon two monsters with one effect. It does not require a cost.
Furthermore, Exosister Martha sets up a XYZ summon with her first effect. You now have two level four monsters on the field. The archetype of Exosister focuses on rank four XYZ monsters. The stage is set for an XYZ summon.
Second Effect:
Exosister Martha special summons a XYZ monster from the extra deck when a card is moved from either player’s graveyards. The effect uses this effect monster as material. The XYZ monster will have material and this special summon is considered a XYZ summon.
Called By The Grave is a great generic card for this effect monster. This spell banishes a monster from the opponent’s graveyard. This spell triggers the second effect of Exosister Martha. Then, you may perform a XYZ summon.
XYZ Material:
Exosister Martha is excellent XYZ Material for two reasons. She enables XYZ summons with her first effect. She is also a level four monster. Exosister has many rank four XYZ monsters, and Yu-Gi-Oh! has many powerful rank four for XYZ monsters.
For instance, you may use Exosister Martha and Exosister Elis as XYZ material for the XYZ summon of Exosister Mikailis. These effect monsters are the proper materials. Exosister Mikailis requires two level four monsters. You have a power XYZ monster on the field.

Then, Dwimmered Path returns Exosister Martha from the graveyard to your hand, and you have this card for future usage during the game.

She also special summons an XYZ monster with her additional effect. Therefore, I recommend playing three copies of Exosister Martha in your deck.
