Star-vader, Chaos Breaker Dragon gave three soldiers the ability to control Яeverse units. Edict Star-vader, Halcion is one of the three gifted soldiers. He has the ability to manipulate Яeverse units by giving abilities never seen before. They obey every command like a puppet. Halcion also marks the end of the Limit Break era. As of now, he is the last Link Joker unit with Limit Break.
Edict Star-vader, Halcion is one of the few Link Joker units with Limit Break skills based on Яeverse units. Яeverse units gain abilities to intercept and boost when Limit Break is online! This is a unique ability as we have not seen grade 3 units have these abilities that are normally given to grade 2 and grade 1 units. The reversed units become 11K booster when they are in the back row and they become very good boosters. They are stronger than the average booster. Furthermore, you can create wild ratios by adding more Яeverse units than the typical ratio for most decks.
Star-vader, Magnet Hollow and Star-vader, Ruin Magician are Halcion’s best supporting units. The key to Halcion’s success to drawing Яeverse units early and often in the game. Ruin Magician adds a Reverse unit in your hand for each Яeverse rear-guard with a different name. This skill is best to be used when you have three or four different Яeverse units on the field together to gain the same amount from the drop zone Magnet Hollow adds a Reversed unit to your hand when his attack hits a vanguard. The pressure will force your opponent to guard to prevent you from drawing a Яeverse unit directly from the deck. If he or she will not block the attack, then you have a free card.
However, Edict Star-vader, Halcion lacks Link Joker’s signature ability to lock units. He and his support focus on using Яeverse units to gain the upper hand instead of locking units. Star-vader Infinite Zero Dragon is Halcion’s best chance to lock opposing units during the game. This combo will do just enough to slow down your opponent’s late-game charge. You will not get another chance to lock his or her units again.
Therefore, Edict Star-vader, Halcion is a decent boss with a special Limit Break skill. Transforming Яeverse units into Link Joker units with the abilities to boost and intercept is amazing. It provides wonderful defense and offense plays to keep you in the game. It also creates very powerful columns with 11K boosters and attackers. However, Halcion falls short in lacking options to use Link Joker’s signature ability to lock units. He would be a much better card if his supporting cast had abilities to lock units to further his defenses.
