First Effect:
Dark End Evaporation Dragon special summons itself from the hand when you banish one level eight dragon from the extra deck. This effect is a consistent ability in pure decks with dragons. You only need this card in our hand, and it plays itself from the hand.
Furthermore, Yu-Gi-Oh! has many level eight dragons in the extra deck. You may banish any of them for the special summon of Dark End Evaporation Dragon. The monster may be a fusion monster or synchro monster.
In addition, the activation of this effect restricts all of your special summons to be dragons for the remainder of the turn. This restriction is not a problem in a pure deck with dragons. You will only special summon dragons for the entire duel.
Second Effect:
Dark End Evaporation Dragon may fusion summon one monster with materials from your hand or field. This effect adds consistency to decks with fusion monsters. It provides another option for fusion summons.
Therefore, Dark End Evaporation Dragon provides a secondary method for fusion summons. Many decks use Polymerization or exclusive cards for their archetypes. This effect monster is a great option when you do not have any spells for a fusion. It remains on the field after the activation of the effect if you use different monsters for the fusion materials.
In addition, Dark End Evaporation Dragon may use itself as one of the materials for the fusion summon. You will lose this card if you chose it as one of the materials. It provides itself as one of the options.
Third Effect:
Dark End Evaporation Dragon targets and destroys a monster attack position. This cost of this effect is losing 500 ATK for this effect monster. It can target and destroy an opponent’s monster once per turn with this effect.
Therefore, Dark End Evaporation Dragon controls the field. You can destroy one of the opponent’s best monsters with this effect monster’s effect. It can destroy monsters with the effect of they cannot be destroyed by battle.
However, Dark End Evaporation Dragon cannot destroy all monsters with this effect. Some monsters have protection and they cannot be targeted. For instance, Black Luster Soldier – Soldier of Chaos cannot be targeted by effects. Dark End Evaporation Dragon will only be an effective card against certain decks, archetypes, and monsters.
Extra Deck Material:
Dark End Evaporation Dragon is a dragon and a level eight monster. You may use this card as material for a fusion summon, link summon, synchro summon, and XYZ summon. The type of monster depends on the strategy and the deck.
For instance, Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon requires Blue-Eyes White Dragon and one another dragon. Dark End Evaporation Dragon may be the second dragon for this fusion summon. You may use this effect monster’s effect for the fusion summon or a spell card such as Polymerization.
