Topaz Witch, PiPi is a Witch from Oracle Think Tank. She provides offense and resources to the archetype. Her abilities fit the theme of Oracle Think Tank. She increases her power. She also draws a card to build the hand.

First Ability:

Topaz Witch, PiPi gains 2,000 power when your have four or more cards in your hand during your turn. Therefore, her total power becomes 10,000 power. She is stronger than the average unit from Oracle Think Tank due to this ability.

Furthermore, Oracle Think Tank consistently fulfills the requirement for this ability. The clan often draw cards with a variety of abilities. Your hand should always have four cards for Topaz Witch, PiPi.

In addition, many members of the archetype for Witch can draw a card. For instance, Scarlet Witch, Coco (V Series) draws a card when you ride her on a Witch. It is a simple and effective strategy for resources.

Second Ability:

You may draw a card when you ride a Witch on top of Topaz Witch, PiPi. This ability fits the strategy of Oracle Think Tank and Witches. This ability allows you to quickly gain access to your resources.

In addition, Witches often draw cards with this type of skill. The archetype wants a large hand for the abilities of their grade three vanguards. This ability benefit a copy of Topaz Witch, PiPi on the rear-guard circle to meet the conditions of her first ability.  

Therefore, Topaz Witch, PiPi is the deck’s best option for a vanguard at grade two. You draw a card after your ride the vanguard. Your hand has an additional resource for the turn.

Topaz Witch, PiPi has synergy with many cards from Witch in Oracle Think Tank. You can easily increase this unit’s power. She assists the deck with her ability to draw a card. 

Wistaria Witch, ZoZo is the best vanguard for Topaz Witch, PiPi. This grade three unit adds 5,000 power for each  Imaginary Gift:Protect from your hand to your units in the front row. This grade two rear-guard can gain high amount of power.

For instance, Wistaria Witch, ZoZo may reveal three copies  of Imaginary Gift:Protect from your hand. Therefore, Topaz Witch, PiPi gains 15,000 power. Her total power becomes 25,000 with all abilities before a boost.

Overall, Topaz Witch, PiPi is a good card for Witch in both formats. She fits the theme and strategy of the deck. She allows you to draw an additional card. This grade two unit provides a good offense when she is a rear-guard. Therefore, I recommend playing a full set of Topaz Witch, PiPi in your deck with Witch from Oracle Think Tank.
