Sorcerer of Dark Magic is a Spellcaster with impressive powers. Yugi plays this card in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light. Sorcerer of Dark Magic\u00a0has an impressive 3,200 Attack Points and 2,800 Defense Points. He has a similar design to the Dark Magician. He wields a powerful wand and his armor has the same style as the Dark Magician. Sorcerer of Dark Magic has two effects, and one of those effects restricts a player’s ability to summon him.<\/p>\n

Sorcerer of Dark Magic appears in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light<\/a>.<\/em> Yugi plays this powerful spellcaster during his duel against Kaiba. Sorcerer of Dark Magic provides an instant shift of momentum in Yugi’s favor. Sorcerer of Dark Magic attacks and destroys Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. This spellcaster also counters Kaiba’s attempt to activate Deck Destruction Virus.<\/p>\n

First Effect:<\/h5>\n

Sorcerer of Dark Magic is a difficult spellcaster to summon to the field.\u00a0 You cannot normal summon this monster from your hand. You may only special summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic by using two level 6 or greater spellcasters as tributes. It is not an easy requirement. First, you must successfully summon two level 6 or greater spellcasters to the field, and hope your opponent does not destroy those monster. Then, you special summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Sorcerer of Dark Magic cannot be special summoned from the graveyard. You are unable to easily summon him if your opponent destroys him. You must wisely play this spellcaster during a duel. Cards such as Monster Reborn, Call of The Haunted, and Spellbook of Life are not able to special summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic.<\/p>\n

Special Summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic<\/h5>\n

You need two level 6 or higher spellcasters to tribute to special summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic. One of the quickest methods is playing two copies of High Priestess of Prophecy. She reduces the amount of resources to play him. High Priestess of Prophecy special summons herself to the field, and you need to special summon two copies of her. Then, tribute both copies of High Priestess of Prophecy to special summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic.<\/p>\n
